We want you to love your 3D Calendar, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the intricate paper structures remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the 3D calendar back in its original protective box and outer sleeve to prevent any delicate paper layers from being crushed during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for damage, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
